That's allowed. Most planners are bought and abandoned. Ours are designed for that to happen and for you to come back. There's no streak to lose, no progress bar judging you. The PDF lives in your downloads folder until the week you need it.

None of those. calmstatic is a printable PDF. You buy it once, download it, and own it. No account. No reminders. No notifications. No app on your phone tempting you to open and close it.

Either. The pages are designed to print well on home paper, and they also work as fillable PDFs on a tablet or laptop. Some people print one section and keep the rest digital. That's fine.

We're ADHD adults who quit every other planner. The whole system is built around the parts that defeated us before — the abandoned weeks, the catching up, the shame of opening a half-empty journal. If a page would only make sense if you'd used it every day, we cut it.

The Starter Kit ($25) is the toolkit — about 42 pages of references and resets. The 30-Day Momentum Sprint ($37) is one small daily prompt for thirty days. The Life Operating System ($60) is a twelve-month planning system. If you're not sure, start with the Starter Kit.

US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) by default, with margins that also print cleanly on A4 if you're outside the US. No trimming, no weird scaling. A standard home or office printer is fine.

Yes. The PDFs import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, and any app that opens a standard PDF. You can annotate, highlight, or fill them with an Apple Pencil, stylus, or finger. They also open in Files, Books, and Preview.

The license is for personal use by one person. If your partner wants to use it too, please buy a second copy — it keeps us small and independent. If you're a household sharing one printed binder, that's the spirit of it; we trust you.

The Starter Kit is roughly 8–12 MB. The Life Operating System is around 15–20 MB. They open instantly on a modern phone, tablet, or laptop.

No. calmstatic is a design product, not a treatment, diagnosis, or medical device. It's built by ADHD adults for ADHD adults, but it isn't a substitute for therapy, coaching, or medication. Use it alongside the care that works for you.
